Which tickets do you catch?
New York City parking tickets and camera tickets (speed, red light and bus lane) for the plate you watch. Tolls and moving violations from a police officer are not included.
How fast will I know?
We check every day. A new ticket usually shows up in the city's records one to three weeks after it is written, and you get the email the day it does. That still leaves time inside the 30 day window to pay or dispute before the first penalty.
Do you pay the ticket for me?
No. We never touch your ticket money. Every alert has one button to the city's official page, where you pay or dispute it yourself.
What does the free lookup show?
How many open tickets are on that plate in the city's records right now. Start a watch to get the details and every new ticket from here on.
How does the guarantee work?
If a ticket on your watched plate appears in the city's records and we never emailed you about it, reply to any of our emails with the summons number. We will confirm it and your next month on that plate is free.
